Return Policy

All sales at Red Tail Boards are final. Because each board is handcrafted, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or preference.

Damaged in Shipping

We stand behind every board that leaves our shop. If your order arrives damaged in transit, we will accept a return or exchange once a shipping claim has been filed and approved.

To file a claim, please contact us within **5 days of delivery** and provide the following:

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of all packaging (box, padding, and shipping label) showing the damage
- A brief description of the damage

Once we receive the required information, we will file the carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the outcome of the claim and product availability.

*Claims submitted without the required photos and information cannot be processed, as carriers require this documentation to approve a shipping damage claim.*
