1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Red Tail Boards (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at redtailboards.com, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Products & Orders

  1. Non-Custom Products – Standard catalog items. See Section 6 for returns.

  2. Custom Products – Any item modified to your specifications (engraving, dimensions, design). Custom products are final sale and non-refundable.

  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, refunding any payment received.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

  • Payment is captured at the time of order. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated lead times are shown on product pages and at checkout.

  • Risk of loss passes to you when the shipment is handed to the carrier.

  • Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and trademarks on this site are the property of Red Tail Boards or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Non-Custom Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Custom Products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • To initiate a return, email support@redtailboards.com with your order number and reason for return.

7. Warranty & Disclaimers

  • We warrant our products to be free from material defects for 90 days from delivery. Normal wear, misuse, and improper care are excluded.

  • Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is” without any other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Tail Boards shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or site. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
