In-Stock Items

Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped as soon as practically possible following payment confirmation. We make every effort to fulfill and dispatch these orders promptly.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Made-to-order and custom pieces are crafted specifically for you and require additional production time. These orders will be shipped once the following conditions have been met:

• The item has been completed to our quality standards
• Final payment has been received and confirmed

You will be notified when your order is complete and ready to ship, at which point any remaining balance will be due prior to dispatch.
